TDS3000B series provides all the advantages of Tektronix digital phosphor technology and DPXTM in an economical test equipment. DPO technology allows to view, save and analyze complex signals, from the three-dimensional signal information to fully understand the rich color gradation, intensity gradient waveform image.
Now, with the TDS3000B series, you can achieve more powerful functions, including hardware upgrades, such as faster waveform capture rate (up to 3,600 waveforms/sec in Fast Trigger).
